- Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned if post marked within 14 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number).
- Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a credit will be issued within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive store credit for the original purchase price.
- We do not offer cash refunds due to the multiple pay channels we manage and allow our customers to use
- Store credit does not expire
- Return shipping is at the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless you have received a defective item
Custom, Charity, Specialty Items
